50/50 flow into yin yoga. The best of both, begin by unwinding and warming your muscles with dynamic fluid movement. This practice then finishes with a floor yin series, consisting of longer holds to mobilize the soft tissues of the body.

Power Vinyasa

A progressive classical Vinyasa Flow class consisting of traditional sun salutations A & B for warm up, the practice is weaved together with Ujjayi deep breathing allowing the group to move as a collective. Build strength, flexibility, and concentration. You can always expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work (pranayama) level 2/3 classes will include some options for advanced pose progression and prep. These classes are appropriate for active beginners through to advanced students. Come be inspired!

Some experience with vinaysa yoga is recommended.
