Cancelation Policy/Reservation

Online booking is required for all classes via the schedule or app.

All spaces for classes open 8 days in advance.

You may early cancel your booking anytime up to 8 hours before the start of class.

Late cancels and no shows within the 8 hour window will result in a loss of that class for punch pass holders or a $20 fee for monthly memberships. *Exemption if you late cancel due to onset of flu symptoms promptly email us and we will waive the fee*

If you make it into class from waitlist: You will receive an email of confirmation and it will show on the app as booked. (Please make sure your notifications are turned on in your app.) Check
your email and app regularly prior to the class for the confirmation.
